Our North team continues to execute small well Rehab projects with sanitation and hygiene training as well as technical training in PUMP Repair work to give some job skills to local youths interested in pump repair and plumbing. Stephen Akume Verse is responsible for leading the pump rehab team as a supervisor. He was taught well by Engr. Sharjeel Shakeel, or Drilling & Pump Repair Manager. He is now a great trainer for the many young anxious to learn pump repair skills.

Motivational Speaker - Valunteer in Chief
Lisa Kurrass
Sis. Lisa speaks briefly before a Walk for Water event to motivate others to walk, to give generously so that many poor frail women in Africa don't have to walk over 2 miles to find domestic water; and many teenage girls can go to school when they have access to safe water within a mile from home. That helps them to do their home chores, take a bath at home and feel safe or happier without the danger of being raped while taking a bath in the bushes near a stream or river. Also being able to bath at home engenders more confidence in girls going to school without body odors, with the satisfaction of proper body and home hygiene taken care of in every way.
Excited Youth Ready to Walk for Water Relief
Be a Youth Captain - Raise $100+
Each year we encourage youths to fundraise with us by either using their birthday gifts as a leverage to encourage friends and family to donate to our water crisis relief cause, or their wish to walk 2 miles carrying 1-5 gallons of water (that is a weight of load of 8 to 40 lbs.). By asking friends and family or business owners to support them raise money for a good cause, they can in addition to that contribution gain several School Volunteer hours where needed, depending the time they've spent promoting the event, and being part of the event on June 4th.
Rig Manager & Trainer
Engr. Sharjeel Shakeel & Eric Koplinski
Engr. Sharjeel Skakeel from Pakistan has been responsible for the training and development of our drill teams in North Central, South Nigeria as well as the Niger Rig team. Bro. Eric helped retrofit the rig in the USA and went on to Niger to help us train the operators in Niger with Sharjeel coming in from Nigeria. As a team, they delivered good rig training and maintenance to the Niger team based at Vie Abundante Church ministries under the leadership of Neal & Danette Childs and his family.
